Nope - False Alarm

Aidan is not coming just yet.

My fluid went back up! Way up! To a TEN!!!! YAY!!!
We were so NOT expecting that! The doctors gave us the 100% impression we were having him Saturday. There was not talk if fluid would go up. The way things were going, they were convinced we were having him early. They tell us to get ready, pack, get our affairs in order. That is exactly what we did! We scrambled, got a few weeks of stuff done in two days, prepared my anxious mind...

We get there and they tell us there is a ton of fluid now. Perhaps I finally drank enough liquids?? Who knows... But I am home! This is wonderful news!

They will continue to monitor me and will probably check my fluid everytime I go now.

Could he still be early? Who knows... But at least he gets to develop more. He needs more time!

Early arrival

It appears that Aidan will be arriving a month early.

The amniotic fluid has been decreasing for a few weeks now and was down to 2.1 on Tuesday. It was at 6 on Christmas Eve day. That is quite a drop.

I go tomorrow and if it is low(er), I will be admitted and then be induced on Saturday.

Soo scared!! But excited to meet my son.

Will post more when he is here! I will have LOTS to say then! ;)
